Saturday afternoon passengers on a north-bound limlts oar going past Lincoln park saw a large, odd-shaped oblect flltting among the trees and moving along a dlstant drlveway in the same directlon as the car. "It moves like a bicycle, but the top part is too big for a man," said one. "Maybe hí got a load of hay on hls back," said another. "I bet that's the fat bicycle agent," was the inspiration of the man who spoke flrst. As the object sailed along people wondered. Suddenly there was an opening in the trees and the object darted out into the sunshine, disclosing a combination of bicycle and a larga parasol. The Daily Néws reporter who was going to view the 500 feet extensión of tha lake shore speedlng drive yearned to know more. The car steadily gained on the rider, and when it had got far snouKh ahead the reporter dropped off the footboard ano started on a crosssountry move toward a spot where interception and an interview seemed plausible.
