Section 3.- This franchise is granted upon the express eondition that said Streot Kailway Company, its successors and assigns shall and will construct maintain and opérate its said additions and extentions in all things aecording to the provisions of, and conditions contoined in said Uaihvuy Companya original franchise and amendments theretos and that said additions and extensión; and every of them shall be in all things constructed and in full operation within one year from the date of the passage of this ordinance, and that a failure to construct any or either of said additions and extensión in the time aforesaidor in the manner aforesaid shall opérate tu vuid this franchise relating thereto, without any QOtice or action taken on the part of said City of Ann Arbor, or ;my offioer thereof.
