New Orleans Sewerage

New Orleans is to have a new and complete system of sewerage, whlch is to cost about $3,000,000. The city eouncil has adopted the plans and voted the funds. It will at least take four or five years to complete the work, but probfcly within two or three years most of the conspicuously unpleasant and unhealtnful features of the present sysm will be done away with, and the city thereby made very much more attractive to visitors.
