Goodrich oí Vernon, ex'ompvrollcr and cx-treasurer of Conmectlcut and widely known throughout state, has a curious and interestjng scrap-book, the like of which is probably not to be found elsewhere. The most striking feature of the contents conaistB in sample tickets of political parties in Connecticut, national, ■ and town, for every year from down to date. First on the list for Dr. Qoodrich is a sterling Democrat of the old school) is a ticket which ■was cast in Yernon for the Democratie state candidates in 1848.
