Determined On Revenge

A Whitechapel coster having one day recently had a deal of trouble with his Jonkey, determined to have his revenge. On his way home he bought a large sackful of shavings and put them in the manger. He then purchased a very large pair of greei spectacles and fixed thefu on the donkey's nose. Had that worthy animal's intelligence Deen equal to his contrariness he might have suspected somothing. But he did not and feil into the trap. Surprised at such an enormous feetl he devoured the whole lot before he discovered it was Dot grass he had been eating.
