Winona, Minn., Oct. 23. - General Buckner, the gold democratie vice pre8ldential candidate, and party passed through here this morning. Eight hundred people gathered at the depot and listened to a ten-minute address by the general. General Buckner was loudly cheered as the train pulled out of the depot.
