Reforms In Mexican Army

City of Mexico, Oct. 22.- Great concern is noticed in military and private circles over the proposed reorganizatiou of the Mexican army. One of the reforius umler contemplation is the ompulsory service, such as is in vogue in many European countries. The subject of amalgamating the army into twenty battalions and ten regiments, each to be provided with 1,000 men, is also being carefully coneidered.
