The Laborer Will Suffer

New Yorlc, Nov. 3.- The Solé Leather trust has advanced the price of union tanned sole leather 2c per pound, which makes a raise of over 33 per cent in the last six weeks. Thia leather is used mostly in rough shoes, and as a result of the rise the laboring man will have to pay about 50 cente per pair more for his shoes.
