Confederate Diplomat Dead

Leadville, Col., Nov. 3.- Henry S. Stotesbury, who, during the civil war, held a very high. position in the diplomatic service oL the confedérate states and made soveral trips to England in an endeavor to induce that government to grant belligerent rights to the coniederacy, died in this city last night.
