London, Nov. 2. - London is greatly incommoded by the cab strike. The drivers have started a system of boycotting the railroad stations which has produced scènes of confusión and exasperation at the different depots where huge pües of toaggage are se' down by the roadway and crowd3 o: imllgnant passengers, hampered by bags, traveling rugs, packages, etc. are fretting and fuming, while pushing about in a more or less helpless conditlon, engaging messengers, porters, or anybody at hand to help them out of thi? difflcultiee. In fact, the muddie and the trouble are so greai that the officials of the railroads have been compelled to apply for extra pólice protectiou.
