Boatload Of Nitroglycerin Explodes

East Liverpool, Ohio, Nov. 9. - A terrtfic explosión at a point up the river shook buildings along the water front in this city at 10:30 o'clook Friday night. The first deflnite news of the accident was brought to the city by the Pitteburg and Wheeling packet Bedford. Her officers reported that a small craft supposed to be carrying nitroglycerine exploded near Georgetown, four miles west of here. The Bedford was lifted out of the water by the force of the explosión. Georgetown could not be reached to learn the extent of the damage.
