Tojeka, Kas., Nov. 7.- The bonü ot Charles F. Johnson, who has been appointed receivr of the Atcwon, Topeka ft Santa Fe railway property in Kansa, has been fixed at $50,000. The eourt appointing the receiver orders hlm to enter an agreenient with the officials of the railroad company to opera te its lino within five days, and If, at the exniratioH of that time, the company has failed to enter into such an agreement, the receiver is directed to take charge of the rolling stock and opérate the line. It is estimated that the company owns $20,000,000 worth of property in Kansas. The suit covers the entire main line, wïich owns all the real estáte.
