Will Meet At St. Louis

Chicago, Nov. 6. - The meeting oí the executive board of the Western Freight association, seheduled to take place here today, has been postponed until Nov. 10 and will be held in St. Louis. There are two vacancies on the board to be filled ai;d the men have been practically selected. William Duncan and W. L. Shute are the choicee of all the managers exc&pt President Washburn of the Kansas City, Fort Scott & Gulf road, who wants to have the naming of the men who will represent his road.
