1 lie famous Eames' case has been re! oponed again by .Tudge Newkirk. N. ;J. Kyer, ('omstoek Hill, and C. H. Worden .have been appointed cornmissioners u investígate the claims of Mr. Eames against the E. V. Morgan estáte. It is now claimed that the late E. V. Morgan, in 1863, look in trustt, property, in Xew York state and elsewhcre, tothevalueof $49,793, and that this has oever been turned over to lts rifrhtful bwnew. With interested up to the present time. the amount claimed will reach over $200,000. It ia claimed that the plaintiffs can follow tho Morgan property into the reat Pai-ker estáte in the city of Arm Arbor.
