Pewaukee, Wis.- John Parker,' Jr., oí Idalio territory, was murdered by Indians and nis house and all other property destroyeu. St. Jostph, Jack MoKane shot and killed William E. Albín, as a result of a dispute over a game of cards. McKane was arrested. Washington.- George Prender was arrested charged with violating the anti-ïottery law. Rcckville, Ind.- A reward of $300 has been offered by the officials of Parke county for the arrest of James McLaughlin, atcused of the murder of William Robertson at Montezuma óa the night of July 31. Little Rock, Ark.- Near Fairview, Paul Horton shot and killed Wiliam McQuade and made hls escape. Smith lost nis wife a few weeks ago and the tragic end of hls daughter so discouraged him that he took a dose oL morphine and wil] die.
