Constantlnople, Aug. 24. - The ooiv fessions of the two Armenians arrested cm Saturday, and at whose reeidences bombs were found by the polioe, are sald to have been prompted by the Turkish authorities. The prisoners are alleged to have confessed that they intended to use the bombs at the Rus■iaa and Germán embassies.
