Paul Tesemer, proprietor of the U of M. boat house was arrested Satur day for selling liquor without a license He waived examination and was bounc over to the circuit court. Marsha Swoet suspected tho man for som time and on Friday sent J. B. Hillman and a newspaper reporter to investí gate. They called for beer, the clerk eaid they did not sell it but being or dered to bring some out quick did so Three botties were bought and turned over to the pólice as evidonce.
