Nelson, of Ironwood; William L. Smith, of Flint; D. D. Van Xocker, of Petersburg; Frank Whipple, of Port Huron; A. W. Eldredge, of Big Rapids; Fred Stubel, of Lansing, members of board of control of railroads. William Kelly, of Vulcan, and E. G.
