Athens: The Greek cabinet has resigned. The boule (legislative assembly) met to consider the peaee treaty with Turkey and the political situation in general. M. Ralli, the premier, took strong exccptipn to its terms attributing to Germany all that had been done against Gi-eece. He invited the chamber to vote confidence in the government. Amid great excitement the chamber defeated the resolution by a vote of 93 to 30. This defeat precipitated a crisis. Later- It is?announced that a new Greek cabinet has been constituted with M. Zaimis, as premier and minister of foreign affairs. M. Delyannis has issued a manifestó disavowing Zaimis, who was formerly a Delyannist.
