The rostrum of the chapel is ncvvly carpeted. Miss Abbia Pond, teacher of Grammer in the Eighth grade, has been vory iil for sume time. Miss Lülie Mac Volland is fillmg her place. Prof, Ferry is very iil. The S. C. A, sociai Haturday evening, was a very successful eveat. Sooa after arrivlng, sheets of tissue paper were given to each one with the intructions to make a nat. The maker of the prettiest hat was given a prize; one to tho boy and oue to the gi ri doiny the best. The winners were Mr. Philip fjchenk and Miss Camille Ryan. Wilüs Qejstoij acted as judgy. Thp social broke up aL 9.45. The Seniors had a class meeting, Tuesday. IViday afternoon Mrs. Goddard will ead S. C. A. Everyoue is earnesl ly ■eiuested to be present.
