At the regents meeting yebtcrday, President Hutchins read his annual report. All departments aro crowded and thus hindered in their work, but this crowdingf, he said, is due to prpsperity. Three thousand one huudred students are now enrolled, about six hundred and seventy-five of wliom are women. Sixty-five per cent are from Michigan homes. Prof. Pred N. Scott was appointed "University Editor" and will prepare twice each mor.th, a bulletin of University news which will be mailed to weekly papers of the state.
