Development Plan's Completion Delayed

Arm Árbor's "General Development Plan" is expected to be completed, at least in preliminary form, by March of next year. The Planning Commission, in a report presented to City Council last night, noted that the completion date was set back from this September because of other pressing matters facing the commission. Fourth Ward Councilman John R. Hathaway received the council's endorsement in asking the commission to inform the council if the March deadline would not be met. He asked that if anything interferes with the schedule, the c o u n c i 1 be informed so that it can determine what can be done to meet the schedule.
