The preliminary draft will bel ior discussion purposes onlyl and will not be the final planl which will eventually go to City I Council for adoption. . The major item of business! facing the commission will be the annexation and zoning of I the Kuebler and others property at Huron River Dr. and M-14. A controversy has developed over the proopsed R4A multiple family zoning for the 27 acre parcel. Parking and Traffic Engineering Director John E. Robbins is to present the commission with a plan to handle 1 fic problems at the develop-] ment. The commission, at its last meeting, deferred action pending a solution to the traffic problems. Other matters facing the commission include the zoning of the Gould and others property on Liberty east of W. Stadium Blvd. Petitioners are seeking an R2A two family zoning on the 12 acre parcel.
