YPSILANTI - Ánínvestigafion into conditions at Willow Run High School by the state attorney general and state I superintendent of public instruction has been requested by County Cmsr. William E. Winters of Ypsilanti. Winters sent telegrams to Atty. Gen. Frank Kelley and Supt. John W. Porter yesterday. "The inability of the school board and the administration to maintain order and control of the schools in the Willow Run School District has prompted me, as a parent and county commissioner, to seek help f rom the state to pro vide an immediate solution to the problems that beset the school district," said Cmsr. Winters. Parents of students at Willow Run High School are meeting with the County Board of Commissioners today. Folio wing a meeting between approximately 900 students, parents and faculty members last night, Willow Run High School opened on a staggered basis this morning. The school, which has been closed since Monday because of racial violence between the students, admitted seniors into the building this morning. The seniors will be attending classes from 7 a.m. to noon. Tomorrow both juniors and seniors will be attending classes f rom 7 a.m. to noon. Tenth graders will be added Monday. They will attend classes from 12:30 to 5:30 p.m. By Tuesday the school will be back in full enrollment when the ninth I graders join the lOth graders on the afternoon schedule. ' The split schedule of llth and 12th graders attending classes from 7 a.m. to noon and ninth and lOth graders attending classes from 12:30 to 5:30 p.m. will be maintained for the remainder of the academie year. While there will be no pólice officers in the halls, a spokesman for the district j sáid that volunteer parents would be patrolling the halls for a couple of weeks. '
