The Mitigan Civil Rights Commission began its iñvestigation here of the complaint of Rebecca A. Vanderhorst, suspended Forsythe teacher, a g a i n s t the Ann Arbor Schools yesterday. Her complaint has been changed to include unfair denial of contract and tenure i along with her first complaint of unfair suspension. Miss Vanderhorst was notified by the commission that a new field representative would be handling her case.
