Schools Generous In Paying Staff

Editor, The News: As a professional educator myself I have watched with amazement the 1 folding of the saving of Ann Arbor Public Schools by the contingent from Philadelphia. Most educational institutions are in diré straits. It is certainly comforting to know that Ann Arbor has resources to pay the type of salaries for the new administrators. One listed as a secretary who makes $20,000 is pretty good. I have a Ph.D. and that's a little more than I make. The pay off is the expenditure of over $4500 for moving expenses.
