Westerman Gets Raise To $30,000

School Supt.W. Scott Westerman Jr. received a pay raise last night. The Ann Arbor Board of Education voted to hike his salary for the second year of his threeyear contract from $28,500 to $30,000, and for the third year of the contract from $30,000 to $32,000. Westerman's contract terminates June 30, 1971. The second year of the contract began Tuesday, and runs to June 30, 1970. The third year begins July 1, 1970, and continúes through June 30 of 1971. Westerman's starting salary, when he was appointed superintendent March 12, 1968, was $27,000 per year.
