At its saebnd forum on the upcoming school board election last night, Ann Arbor Citizens To Assure Responsive Education (CARE)- a liberal citizens 'group - voted to endorse incumbent trustee Dr. Ronald Bishop, thereby completing its slate of candidates to support in the June 12 Board of Education race. At its first forum earlier this month, CARE voted to support Nancy H. Brussolo, a woman active in school affairs who placed fourth in last year's threewinner school board election, and incumbent Henry Johnson, who was recently selected vice president for student affairs at the University. The group at that time voted to postpone the selection of its t h i r d candidate for two weeks in order to allow Human Rights Party candidates and others seeking endorsement to come forward and present their platforms. The HRP has since chosen to select three school board candidates tomorrow evening, and none of its potential candidates wished to seek CARE support last night, according to CARE spokeswoman Marcia Federbush.
