Some 70 niéntally retarded[ youngsters participated Saturday in the Washtenaw County Special Olympics held at Huron High School, according to coördinator Dick Nixon. Participants here now are eligible for the state meet scheduled June 5-6 in Kalamazoo. The local winners: 50-yard dash for girls 12-13-1. Elenora Harris; 14-15 - 1. Peggy Miller, 2.
