The Black Studies División of Washtenaw Community College will present a program on Monday commemorating the life and work of Martin Luther King Jr. and honoring his birthday, which is today. I The program is entitled I Martin's Dream and features Prof. Archie Singham, black political scientist of the University of Michigan. Profesor Singham's topic will be 'Martin's Dream - Stop the Genocide of Third World People". He will speak during the program, which is scheduled f rom I to 4 p.m. in Lecture Hall Two in WCC's Exact Science Building. The program will begin with the Black National Anthem followed by opening remarks by members of the WCC Black Studies faculty. The WCC Chorus under the direction of Morris Lawrence will present selected music.
