Estate of Phidellia Black. STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY  of Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the county of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Friday, the 27th day of January in the year one thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight. Present, Wm. D. Harriman, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estate of Phidellia Black, deceased. On reading and filing the petition duly verified of Mary J Birch, praying that administration of said estate may be granted to A.L. Walker or some other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered that Monday the 27th day of February next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition and that the heirs-at-law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estate are required to appear at a session of said court then to beholden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor and show cause, if any there be why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted; And it is further ordered, that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estate, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the ANN ARBOR ARGUS  a newspaper printed and circulated in said county three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing. Estate of Samuel Mulholland. STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY of Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Thursday the 9th day of February, in the year one thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight. Present, William D. Harriman, Judge of Probate in the matter of the estate of Samuel Mulholland, deceased.  On reading and filing the petition, duly verified, of Margaret Ann Marsh, praying that a certain instrument now on file in this court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased, may be admitted to probate, and that administration may be granted to Emory Townsend, executor in said will named, or to some other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered, that Monday, the fifth day of March next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the devisees, legatees and heirs-at-law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estate are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. And is further ordered, that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estate, of the pendency of said petition and the hearing hereof by causing a copy of this order to be published in the ANN ARBOR ARGUS a newspaper printed and circulated in said county three successive week, previous to said day of hearing. Sheriff's Sale, STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF  Washtenaw: s.s. Laura B. Godfrey, Plaintiff, vs. Hughey Mc Laughlin, Defendant. Notice is hereby given that by virtue of writ of Fieri Facias issued out of and under the seal of the Circuit Court for the County of Washtenaw, State of Michigan in the above entitled "cause to me" directed, and delivered against the goods and chattels lands and tenaments of Hughey McLaughlin, I did on the 19th day of August, A.D.1887, levy upon and seize all the right, title, and interest of the said Hughey McLaughlin in, and to the following: lands bounded and described as follows to wit: The North half of the North-West fractional quarter of section Two. and the North-East quarter of the North-East quarter of section three in the township of Sylvan, Washtenaw County, State of Michigan, also the South-East quarter of the South-West quarter of section Thirty-five in the township of Lyndon in said county all of which I shall expose for sale at public auction or vendue to the highest bidder at the South front door of the Court House in the city of Ann Arbor, in said county on the 10th day of March, A. Real Estate For Sale. STATE OF MICHIGAN, County of Washtenaw--s.s. In the matter of the Estate of Elvira Marsh, deceased. Notice is hereby given, that in pursuance of an order granted to the undersigned, Administrator of the Estate of said deceased by the Hon. Judge of Probate for the County of Washtenaw on the twentieth day of January A.D. 1888 there will be sold at Public Vendue to the highest bidder, at the east front door of the Court House in the city of Ann Arbor in he County of Washtenaw in said State, on Tuesday, the twentieth day of March A.D. 1888 at ten o'clock in the forenoon of that day, subject to all encumbrances by mortgage or otherwise existing at the time of the death of said deceased, the following described Real Estate to wit: The North part of the North-West quarter of The North-East quarter of Section Thirty-six (36) in Township Number Two (Z) South Range Five (5) East (Scio) in Michigan.  Also the undivided one-third part of the North-East quarter of the North-West quarter of Section No. Thirty-six (36) in Township Two (2) South Range Five (5) East (Scio) in Michigan .
