A Colorado Bank Officer Arrested

Canon City, Coló., Feb. 29.- A. K. Gumasr, late cashier oL the Excimngö bank which failed last week, was arrestad Monday on an affldavit sworn to by the postmaster for a violation of the state law which makes it a penitentiary offense for a bank to take deposiu witbia thirty days after the offlcers know that their inftitution is insolvent. He was released on $10,000 bond.
