It is stated nat a proposition from Mr. Israel Hall will be brought up, to trade the asso iatipn a suitable location for fair grounds, give them the right to move ;heir buildings, fences, etc., and as a bonus for making the trade, Mr. Hall would assume the debt of the society. The managers of the association are alled together to consider all the phases of the proposition and to take uch action as seems best for their inerests.
