Miss Annie Condón is visiting friends in Kalamazoo. Justice E. K. FrueaufE was in Detroit this week. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Paul have retumed to Montreal. Miss Maud McOrnber is dangerously ill with brain fever. Mrs. Walter Tajlor is visiting her mother, Mrs. J. ïaylor. A. J. Savvyer, Esq., went to Monroe yesterday to try a case in court. Mrs. Ilattie Hurd has been visitiing friends in Monroe and Tecumseh. Miases Kittie and Ora Hatch, spen} their vacation with Detroit friends. Jacob Weil, a former resident here now of New York City is in the city. V allace Steele returned home Monday f rom a visit with Detroit friends. Mr. Ld. Hammell, of Brighton, spent Sunday with f. O'Ilearn aud family. Prof. Elisha Jones is on the sick list and did not meet his classes this week. Dean Gray will be a guest at President Angell's during his stay in the city. Mr. J. K. Monohan, of Green Oak, visited Ann Arbor friends over Sunday. Mrs. John O. Callahan of Detroit, is visiting her mother, Mrs. Lizzie Bowdish. Mrs. Alexis Angelí, of Detroit, has been visiting relativos in this city this week. Mr. and Mrs. Philip Duffy of Northfleld, have beeu visiting fnends in Corrunna. Mr. and Mrs. William Schleede, of Manchester, were visitiug relativos here this week. Dick Foley, of Lansing, an old Ann Arbor boy spent Sunday with fnends in this city. Mrs. E. S. Sinclair returned to Detroit Monday after a short visit with friends here. O'Ilearn, in the employ of the M. C. R. R. in Detroit, carne home to vote, Monday. Rev. Dr. R. Et. .Steele preached at the first Presbyterian church in Detroit Easter Sunday. Frank II. Hovey, oE Kansas City medie '86, has been visiting his K. T frieuds in the city. J. G. Watts, of East Saginaw, celebrated his birthday Monday with his family in the city. Mr. and Mrs. Albert Schulz, of Detroit, were visiting relatiyes here the rirst of the week. A. W. Hamilton has returned f rom Florida looking as if his trip had beeu a very enjoyable one. Mr. Stephen Mooie and daughter Lizzie, went to Detroit, VVednesday for a couple of weeks visit. Miss Euama M. Herey, teacher of Frane's Lake school, returned home for a vacation oq Saturday. Chamices A. Milieu, of Manchester, visited his relatives here Weduesday and Thursday of this week. Mr. and Mrs. J. 1'. Parshall, nee Mame Benhain, of Cantón, are visiting their parents on Liberty street. Miss Imogene Bangs, teacher in Plainfield school, came home Saturday for a week's visit with her mother. Taylor Geer, who has been iu Colorado for the past year, expects to return home this spring;. His health is much improved. Dr. Cowie, who ?iaduated from the medical department here last June, and has since received a diploma in .Toronto, is visiting in the city. Mrs. Ben. Crane is visiting at her son Harry-s in Kansas City. We are sorry to add she was calledthere by the serious illness of her daughter-in-law. Miss Emily Pitkin, who has been absent for nearly a year with f riends in Kansas and Minnesota, is expected home the ürst of May. Her sister, Mis. S. II. Smith and infant daugnter will accompany her.
