Horrible Domestic Tragedy

Akron-, Ohio, April 14.- Charlas F. Teits, a mercbant tailor of this city, quarreled with his wife Saturday morning over money mattere. Sending his daughter out of the house Teits took a base-ball bat and attacked his wife, beatiug her head into jelly. He then rau to a neighbor"s, and telling them they liad better look into his house, ran about half a mile to the Ohlo caual and juraped into lock 17. A woman saw him jump, and giving the alarm, men immediately let the water out of the lock. Teits' body was fouud at the bottom, twenty feet down. Mi-s. Teits was found lying uuconscious and weltering in her blood. She eamiot recover.
