Present, Wïlüam I). Hamman, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Jonas Bond, deceased . On rcudinjj and fiHnjr the petition, duly verified of Alfred Bond praying that administraron of said estatti may be granted to soine suitable person. Thireupon it Ís ordered, that Monday, the 30Ü1 day of April instant, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, bc assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heirs-at-law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show canse ïf any there bet why the prayer of the petitioner shonld not bc granted. The membersof eaid Society will take notice that in aocordance wlth Act Ño. 47, of the Session iaws of 1882, there will be held an ndjourned annual meeting of said Society, on Friday, April 20th. 1888, at 2 p. m. at their room in the basementof the Court House, in Ann Arbor, in said County, for the purpose of votintf to authorize and direct the President, Secretary and Treasurer of said Society to sell 'the real estáte and fair grounds of the Society situated in said City of Ann Arbor to Israel Hall and invest the proceeds of such sale in the purchase of twentytwo acres of land, lyingaboutsixty rods south and east of the said fair grounds, and belonging to said Israel Hall to be used for the fair grouuds of said Society to move the buildings, fences, etc. now on said fair grounds to said twenty-two acres, and the board of Manajrers hereby jfie notice that at such a meeting they intend to ask for an order for' such sale to said Israel Hall orto such other person or penons as said Society sliall at such meeting direct . Notice is hereby given tbat the partnership lately existing between John Koch and Martin Halier of the city of Ann Arbor' Mich., under, the lirm or partnership name of Koch & H aller, was disaolved on the fifteenth day of March, A. D. 1888, by mutual consent. All debts owing to the said partnership are to be received by said Martin HalIer and all demands on the said partnership are to be presented to him for payment a3 he is authorized to settle all debts due to and by the finn and he will be r'ound at the place of business of said late firm wherehe will continue the same business.
