CHANCERY SALE. 1NPURSUANCE AND BT VIRTUE OF A decree of the Circuit Court for the county of Washtenaw--ln chancery, in the State of Michigan, made and entered on the flfth day of October, A. D. 1887, m a eertain cause thercin pending wherein Jacob F. Stabler, guardián ol' Miehael Layer is complainant and Gottlob Charles Gross and Anna Gross are defendants. Notiee i8 hereby given that on Saturday. the twenty-eighth day of April, A. D. 188, it ten o'clock in the forenoon of said day I shall sell at public auction or vendue to the highest bidder at the east front door (being the Fourth street entrance) of the Court House in the city of AnnArbor in said county of Washtenaw and State of Michigan, said Court House being the place for holding the Circuit Court for said county, to raise the amount due to the said complainant for principal, interests and costs in this cause all those eertain pieces or pareéis of land sitúate in the township of Saline, County of Washtenaw and State oí Michigan and described as follows: viz..
