At a seBsion of the Probate Court for the íounty oí' Washtenaw, holden at the Probate office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Weduesday, the 2nd day of May, in the yenrone thousand eigbt hunared and eighty-eight. Present, Wm. D. Ilarnmao, Judge of ProbateIn the matter of the estáte of John George Gerlach, deceased. On reading aud filing thepetition duly yerifled of John C. Gerlach prayiug that adniinistration of said estáte may be grunted to himself or some other suitable person. Thereupon itisordered.thatMonday the28thday of May instant at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said pctition, and that the heirB-at-law ol said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte are requiredto appear at a seijsion of said court theu to benoldenatthe Probate Office, in the city of Aun Arbor and show cause, if any there be, why the prayerof the petitioner should not be granted; And it is further ordered , that said petitioner jrive notice to the persons interested in said eetate, of the pendeney oi aaid petition, end the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be publiahed in the Ann Aiibor Akqus, a newspaper printed and circulated in said eounty three suecessive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
