Mackiucr, praying that a certain nstrument now on flle in this oourt, purporting o be the last will and testament of said deceased, may be admitted to probate, and that Wüliam ï. Hack anu John W. Mary Clements, the administratriz of said estáte, comes into court and represonts that she is now prepared to render her final account as such admimstratrix.
