Seeretaiy Warner, whose business it is to insptct every school in the county, has been making bis rounds. lie has been meeting with varied experiences. In oue district he reports ünding ar offlcer of the school who bad been such dn office for fifteen years and yet had uever visited the school more than twice. another district he found when one of the directors wanted bis best girl employed as teacher of the school. The other twoopposed this and the outcome of the ro;v was that no school was being held. Some of the district schools tie praises very highly. All districts should strive to deserve sucb praise.
