London', Ju"e 15. - In London here, where Emperor Frederick was greatly beloved and very popular, the sorrow at his death is pro found. AU public buildings display flags at half mast, and the blinds of private dwellings are lowered, and generally throughout the city mourning signs are visible. Numerous messages of condoleuce have been sent to Empress Victoria from England. The queen instantly telegraphed her daughter a sympathetic message. The prince of Wales left Ascot where he was attending the races immediately upon learning of the emperor's death. He will start for Berlin immediately. The Rt. Hon. William Henry Sraith, government leader in the house of commons, announced to that body the news of the Germán emperor's death and gave notice that on Monday he would move an address of deep sorrow at the ealamity which had overtaken theroyal family and peöple of Germany. Tlje flags of the American and other legations were displayed at half-mast as soon as tha uews of the death of Emperor Frederick reached bere. The news was not received at the Germany embassy until 2:30 o'clock in the afternoou, when the flag was placed at half-mast and the bliuds drawn.
