Democratic State Convention

The Demócrata of Michigan wlll meet in State Convention in the Detroit Opera House at Detroit, on Thursday, July 19th, 1S88, At eleven o'cloek a m. to nomínate oandidatee for State Olficers and lor Eleetors of President and Vjee-President qi the United States, and for the transactiou oí' sueh other business as may properly come before the convention. Aecording to the rule adopted by the state convention held at Detroit in 1880. every county i? entitled to one delégate for each 5U0 votes cast for governor at the last general election, and one additional delégate for a fraction of not less than 250 rotes, but any county is entitled to at least two delegates. AU delegates must be residente oí the counties they represent . The delegates f rom each Congressional District will meet in eaueue at 10 o'clocka. m., on day of the eonvention. I. M. WESTON.
