At a session of the Probate Courtfor the County of Wasbtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, od Friday, the 2!)th day of June, in the year one thousand eight hundred aud eighty eight. Present. Williarn D. Harrimau, Judge of ProIn' the matter of the estáte of Mary Chambers, rieceased. (ieorg-e D. Gillespie, executor of t be last will ana testament of t aio deceased comes into court and represents that he is now prepared torender bisnnal acconnt as such executor. Thereupon it is ordered, that Friday, the 20tb day of July next, at ten o'clock in the iorenoon, be assigued for exaruining and allowing sach account, and that the devinees, leñatees and heirsat law of said deceased, and all other persona interested in said estáte are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, in said eounty, andshow cause, if any therebe, why the aaid account should not be allowed. And it'is further dered, that said executor give j notice to the per ons interested in said estáte, ot the pendency of said account, and the hearing thereof, by causing a eopy of this order to be published in 'the Ann Arbor Arüüs, a newspaper Drinted and circulating in said county, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
