Estate of Mary Chambers. STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY of Washtenaw. ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Friday, the 29th day of June, in the year one thousand eight hundred and eighty eight. Present William D. Harriman, Judge of Probate the matter of the estate of Mary Chambers, deceased. George D. Gillespie, executor of the last will and testament of said deceased comes into court and represents that he is now prepared to render his final account as such executor. Thereupon it is ordered, that Friday, the 20th day of July next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for examining and allowing such account, and that the devisees, legatees and heirs-at-law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estate are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, in said county, and show cause, if any there be, why the said account should not be allowed. And it is further ordered, that said executor give notice to the persons interested in said estate, of the pendency of said account, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the ANN ARBOR ARGUS a newspaper printed and circulating in said county, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing. Commissioners' Notice. STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF Washtenaw. The undersigned having been appointed by the Probate Court for said County, Commissioners to receive, examine and adjust all claims and demands of all persons against the estate of William Robbins, late of said County, deceased, hereby give notice that six months from date are allowed, by order of said Probate Court, for creditors to present their claims against the estate of said deceased, and that they will meet at the office of Elihu B. Pond, in the city of Ann Arbor in said County, on Saturday the twenty-second day of September and on Saturday the twenty-second day of December next at ten o'clock A.M. of each of said days, to receive, examine and adjust said claims. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Saturday, the 7th day of July, in the year one thousand eight hundred and eighty eight. Present. Wm. D. Harriman, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the Estate of Anna T. Hollister, deceased. Charle A. Hollister executor of the last will and testament of said deceased, comes into court and represents that he is now prepared to reuder his final account as such executor. Thereupon it is ordered, that Saturday, the 28th day of July, instant at ten o'clock is the forenoon be assigned for examining and allowing such account, and that the devisees, legalees and heirs-at-law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estate are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, in said county and show cause, if any there be why the said account should not be allowed.
