ÏEW xOKK.Aug. 1. - rae question whether ;rusts can be veached by the law will ba sted in this county iii due course of time, n a series of civil prosecutions. The actions, which are to be commenced in a short time n the courta of this county, will be against orporations, which are members of the raste, to forfeit their charters, aud also gainst the boards of trustees to exclude and njoin them against exercising corporate ranchises. Oen. Pryor, who has been en5aged as spaciul counsel, says that the paers are now in the hands of the attorney jeneral for his approval and signature, and as soon as they are returned the actions will e comniouceil in the supreme court of this ounty.
