Notice to Creditors. OTATE OF MICHIGAN COUXTY OF O Wnshienaw, ss. Notice is hereby given, that by an order of the Probate Court for the County of Washteuaw, made on the ltth day of August A. D. 1SS8. six months from that date were allowed for creditors to present their claims agaiust the estáte of Jacob Jedele, late of said county, deceased, and that all creditora of said deceased are rcquired to present their claims toaaid Probate Court, at the Probate Office in the city of An n Arbor, for examination and allowance, on or before the llth day of February next, and that euch claims will be heard before said Court on Monday the 12th day of November and on Mcnday,the llth day of Februury next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon ol each of said days. Waterman, the adnrinistra'or of Raid estáte, comes iuto court and represents, that ho is now prepared to reoder his .final account as such admiuistrator. Thereupon it is ordered, that Tuesday, the ninth day of October next, at ten o'eloekin the foreto jn, be assigned for examining and allowing such account, and that the heirs-at-law ol said deceased, and allotherpersonsinterested in s,aid estáte arerequiredto appearat a seasion of said court tbeu to beholdenatthePiobateOffice,in the city of Aim Arbor in said county and show cause, if any there bn, wby the aaid accuunt should not be allowed: And it is further ordered, that said Admiuistrator give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, ot' the pendency of eaid account and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Aruoii Arqus, a newspaper printed and chculating in said county two successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
