Detroit, Mich., üot. 1.- Charles M. Waldrou, the Hillsdale banker who converted all hi e assets into cash and Üed with Nellie Bid wel 1, a married woman oí Quincy, has been located in London, England. On Bept. 13 he wrote a long letter to a Detroit friend explainiug bis whole course of action and the reason therefor. The letter was dated Berlín, Germany. In the letter he says he had (amily troubles (probably Mrs. Waldron's objections to his conduct) which made hini íetl like golDg away as far as he could get. The Bidwell woman was willing to go with Mm and did so. He had gone no farther than Montreal, however, when he becatne tired of her, and, giving her a sraall amount of money, told her to go back home. Waldron says h will return suon, prepared to pay every dollar he raísed and have $5Ü,000 left uniíicumbered. A cablegram received a few hoursafterthis letter anuounced his prtsenoe in London, England, and his eontinuixl ínteution to return soou.
