Ordered The Release Of Asher

'29. - lhe Lmted States supreme court Monday reversed th judgment of tbe Texas court of appeals ia the case of Asher against tbe state of Texas This was the well known drumraer's case, in which resisied the state law taxing commercial travelers. The state court sus tained the state law, but the United State court reverses this decisión and orders th release of Asher, who has been in the custody of the sheriff for two years.
