At a session of the Probato Court for tlie County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Thursday, the let day of November, in the yearonetbousand eight hundred and eighty eight. "regent, Wm. D. Harriman, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the Estáte of Phidillia Black, deceased. A, L. Walker, the adrainistrator oí said eitate, comes into court aiid representa that he is nowprepared to render his final account as such administr&tor. Thereupon it is ordered, that Monday, the 26th day of November inst. at ten o'clock io the forenoon be asBigned for examining and allowing such account, aDd that the heirs at law of said dcceased, and all other persona mterested in said estatejare required to appear at a session qlsaid court, then tobe holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, in said county and show cause, if any there be why , the said account should not be allowed. And it is furtber ordered that said admlnistrator give notice to the persons interented in said estáte, 01 the pendeucy of said account and the heariDg thereof , by causing a copy of this order to be puMished in the Ann Abbob AHGUsa newapaper printed and circulatingin said eounty three suecessive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
