Washington Citt, Nov 2tí -A dispatch was received at the navy department Saturay afteruoon from Capt Ranuay, oommanding the "Boston," announciDg hs arrival at quarantiue, New York harbor, with several cases of yellow fever on board. The "Boston" arrived at Poit au Prince, Hayti, on Noy. 6, and on the lOth the fever first rnade its appearance on shipboard. Beveral of the crew were taken down, and Capt. Ramsay at once started for New York. Seven cases soon developed ou board, but no new onos since the ;9th, instant Four of tlie crew died before reacbiug New York, and the ship's surgeon, Dr. W. J. Simon, aud two seameo are still sick ou board.
