Colümbds, Obio, Dea !7.- Crovernor Foraker Saturday made the following announcement: The eo-called White-Cap organizattoa has been ?ermauently disbanded and there will be no more meetings, raids, threatenins, whippings, orterrorizing of any kind by those who comjosed the tnembership, but should there be any repetición of auy nn.-h practices the state is in command of the testimouy and the facilities generally to enable it to proraptly briug the offendere to justice. Thy tuct is that Governor Koraker has liad several detectives working up the Ohio White-Cap businass, and he has thus collected evidence that is a terror to the or;anizatio. On the as-mrartce from persons concerned tbat tb White-Uap business will ;o no lurther, the bas agreed to waive court proceediugs for the present, and indeed for the future, piovided only that tbera shall be no recurrente ot WhiteCap doings in Obio.
